RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Step 1 – Request a Return or Replacement

Please initiate a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you have received a wrong or expired product. If you encounter any issues, contact us through the following channels:

For damaged or missing products, kindly request a return or replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Step 2 – Review of Your Request

Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.

Step 3 – Confirmation and Return Shipping Instructions

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with confirmation and instructions for the return or replacement process.

Step 4 – Return Shipping (if applicable)

If our reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will be responsible for shipping the product back using a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.

Step 5 – Product Inspection and Resolution

Upon receiving your product, we will inspect it to verify your claim. Depending on stock availability, we will initiate the replacement or refund process. Please note that replacement is subject to stock availability.

Conditions for Returning or Replacing a Product:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered (physical damage or tampered product/packaging)
  • Incomplete order (missing products)

Conditions where Return or Replacement Requests Will Not Be Accepted:

  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
  • Return/replacement request initiated after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Reporting a damaged or missing product after 2 days from the date of delivery
