Return & Exchange Policy
You can exchange products purchased in-store or online within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that you provide the original receipt. The product should be unused and have an intact price tag. Our staff will verify the product and receipt, and you can choose the product you want to exchange it with. The exchange is subject to price adjustment, meaning the price at which you purchased the article will be considered for exchange.
If you received the product through our online store, you need to initiate a return by sending an email to our customer support center within 30 days of purchase. Images of the defective products must be attached to the email. You will receive a verification call to confirm the exchange.
Exchange is only possible if the product(s) are found to be defective. The customer must contact the call center at 03115359984 as soon as they receive the order. If the product is found to be defective by the customer, a TCS or Call Courier rider will collect the product. After verification at our warehouse, a coupon of the same price will be issued to the customer, which can be used for shopping on our website. The entire process takes up to 7 business days.
You can also return the product by taking it to any TCS or Call Courier Store and call us on our UAN Number so that the article can be taken to the warehouse. The pickup charges are covered by the company.
For products purchased online, we will provide you with a coupon that limits the price of the original product to compensate for it. You can use the coupon the next time you shop online with us. Please note that the coupon will have an expiration date, so make sure to use it before it expires. The coupon is valid after 15 days of issuance.
Please note that sale products are non-exchangeable. Afsaneh does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
Order Cancellation:
You have the option to cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain tracking information. Once the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will apply.
luxicare.pk reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as items being out of stock, pricing errors, or credit card payments declined by the issuing financial institution.
